We are currently in active MVP development, working with design partners in construction and industrial services. We collect the following categories of information:

• Call and meeting notes — notes taken during calls and sessions with design partners, used solely as input to product development.
• Business financial data — design partners may share accounting exports, invoice data, and related financial records for the purpose of product development and testing. This data is used solely for that purpose, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is retained only as long as necessary for the product development activities it supports.
• Website usage data — basic analytics including page views, referral sources, and device type, collected via standard web analytics tools.

No software product is commercially available yet. Data handling practices will be updated and expanded as the product approaches launch.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To work with design partners on product development and testing
• To follow up on interest in Quarynt's founding customer program and early access
• To understand how visitors use our website and improve it
• To send product updates, if you have opted in to receive them

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services which may process your data according to their own privacy policies:

• Google Calendar — for scheduling calls and design partner meetings via our booking link. Name and email are processed at the point of booking. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — for website usage analytics. You can opt out via browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out tool.
• Google Workspace — for email communications at @quarynt.com addresses.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all web communications. Access to personal information is restricted to Quarynt personnel who need it for the purposes described above.

Business financial data shared by design partners is handled with the same security standards and is retained only as long as necessary for the product development activities it supports.
